In our last post, we give you our Top 3 pick for websites that provide web development tutorials from basic to advance.  This time we’ll be giving you our pick for the cool Youtube channels that never fail to help newbies who want to learn to program.

Here are our top 5 picks

    • Derek Banas.  This multi-talented developer never fails to explain programming in a much clearer and a candid way.  With his very unique voice, he managed to show how to learn programming language easily.  From basic concepts, data types, conditional and logical operators, and many more.
    • Traversy Media.  The self-taught programmer that we idolized.  This guy too never fails to amaze us.  Kahit yun error na naeencounter nya, sinasama nya sa mga tutorial videos.  Meaning, this guy has transparency, who doesn’t mask his error and knows how to relate his experience to us developers.
    • Academind.  If you want a detailed programming tutorial, Maximilian Schwarzmüller’s channel MUST also be included in a developer starter pack.  He gives super detailed instructions, and step by step procedure in creating sample projects.  He’ll even show you how to install tools and technologies on different platforms.  He also covers mostly everything when it comes to programming.
    • Programming With Mosh.  If you want to embrace and learn OOP, Mosh’s channel is the go-to channel for that.  He explains things clearly and even shows you a demo on how to apply the programming concept.
    • freeCodeCamp.org.  Lastly, the same with Academind, freeCodeCamp.Org just like their web site also offers a detailed step by step guide on how to set up things starting from tool installation down to the smallest details of development, that is why most of their video tutorials are almost an hour long. PLUS! No ads!

The channels above cover almost every topic in programming.  Starting from front-end, down to the back-end, and database management.  So it is up to you which one will you consider.  All of the channels above are high quality and highly recommended tutorials by many developers in the industry, and hopefully, it will help you in your journey in learning how to code as well.

GOOD LUCK!!!
